My journey began just before my eighth birthday. Accompanying my mother, a dedicated volunteer with Save The Children, I initially resisted the idea of spending my Saturdays at charity events. That changed when I was entrusted with running the bric-a-brac stall. In a whirlwind hour, I sold out every item, teaching adult volunteers how to engage customers and negotiate effectively. It was a pivotal moment; I had found my calling.
As a teenager, I honed my sales skills door-to-door, braving the cold British winters, to meet my targets. My early experiences in a high-pressure advertising sales environment, surrounded by unscrupulous seasoned professionals, fueled my ambition to sell, but with ethics. I learned to sell not just to survive, but to excel, leveraging deep comprehension of sales and a keen understanding of human behavior. This journey ignited my interest in human behavior, with a specific interest in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and the psychology behind effective communication. This interest continues to shape my coaching philosophy to this day.
Since my move to Dubai, I have collaborated with hundreds of organisations, helping them navigate growth challenges and unlock their full potential. Whether working with established companies facing stagnation due to outdated practices or coaching emerging entrepreneurs, my approach is always tailored to meet individual needs. I have also personally recruited and trained thousands of individuals across diverse sectors, equipping them with the tools they need to succeed.
In every role I take on, whether as a business advisor, a coach, or a mentor, I consistently remain committed to fostering growth, nurturing talent, and driving impactful change. My mission is clear: to inspire and empower the leaders and organisations of tomorrow.
